Kanzan Holdings – SMC Limited is established as a single member company in the Republic of Uganda, with its registered office in Uganda. The company was formed to acquire, establish, invest in, hold, manage, finance and dispose of interests in companies involved in facilities management, environmental services, water solutions, transportation, travel, agriculture and related sectors.
The company is organised to provide strategic, administrative, managerial, technical and operational support to its subsidiary companies, affiliated entities and other businesses, and to pursue complementary activities that are incidental or conducive to the achievement of its objectives.
Beyond its holding and management functions, Kanzan Holdings is established to undertake facilities, environmental and infrastructure services, transport and travel services, and agricultural training and agribusiness activities.
