A Diversified Investment and Services Group
Kanzan Holdings – SMC Limited is established under the laws of the Republic of Uganda as a single member company with limited liability. The company is formed to acquire, establish, invest in, hold, manage and finance interests in businesses across carefully selected sectors of the economy.
From its registered office in Uganda, Kanzan Holdings is organised around five business pillars — investment and holdings; facilities, environmental and infrastructure services; transport and travel; agriculture and agribusiness; and management and consultancy — each supported by disciplined management and professional support.
